Japan Day 26 - Hiroshima
In the morning I visited Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, the museum is incredibly curated and tells the story of what happened in a very powerful way. It was very hard hitting but extremely respectful and honours the lives of the 146,000 people that died in a very touching way.
After I walked around the Peace Memorial Park and visited the Atomic Bomb Dome. It’s crazy to think that pretty much the whole city was completely flattened. It’s amazing to see how vibrant and lively Hiroshima is now after all it’s been through.
