Japan Day 29 - Fukuoka
I had breakfast at an amazing little place in the fish market by the port. I then headed out for a walk around the city. The weather was perfect again, so hot!
After wandering around for most of the day I got a train to Nanzoin out towards the mountains. Nanzoin Temple is home to the famous bronze statue of the reclining Buddha, said to be the largest bronze statue in the world! The light was perfect just before the sunset. The statue is quite spectacular!
